Orders are available for pickup in New Philadelphia, Ohio. Pickup instructions will be provided after purchase.
Do you offer shipping?
Shipping will be available in the future. At this time, all rigs are pickup only.

What is the difference between Flat Pack and Pre-Assembled?
Flat Pack (Self Assembly)
The racing rig will be provided unassembled in boxes for customer assembly.
Pre-Assembled
The racing rig will be fully assembled. If partial disassembly is required for pickup or transport, the assembly fee still applies.
Compatibility
Are Velocity Rigworks rigs compatible with direct drive wheelbases?
Yes. Our rigs are built using heavy-duty aluminum extrusion designed to support high torque direct drive wheelbases.
Which pedals are supported?
Most major sim racing pedals are supported including Fanatec, Simucube, Heusinkveld, Moza, and similar mounting patterns.

Do rigs include assembly instructions?
Yes. Assembly instructions are available on each product page and in the Downloads & Instructions section.

Used & Open Box Items
Do used or open-box items include assembly instructions?
Used or open-box items are third-party products and may not include assembly instructions. In many cases we do not have access to the original manuals for those items.
If instructions are available from the original manufacturer, we recommend referring to the manufacturer’s website for documentation.
